The apartment is located in Vienna’s 18th district (Währing), one of the city’s most attractive and popular residential areas. Beautiful parks and green spaces such as Türkenschanzpark, Pötzleinsdorfer Schlosspark, and the Vienna Woods are all nearby.

Supermarkets, shops, cafés, restaurants, pharmacies, and banks are within easy walking distance. The popular Kutschkermarkt, with its fresh local products, cafés, and charming restaurants, is also just a few minutes away.

The apartment is particularly suitable for students due to its excellent location: The University of Vienna and the Juridicum Vienna (Faculty of Law) can be reached directly by tram lines 40, 41, or 42 in approximately 15 minutes. The BOKU – University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences Vienna is only about a 10-minute walk away.

Public Transport
