About the Role
As a Junior Consultant (m/w/d), you will support international consulting projects in project coordination, planning, analysis, documentation and day-to-day project activities. Working closely with experienced consultants and project teams, you will gain practical exposure to project management, transformation and client-facing consulting in an international environment. We are looking for a structured, curious and detail-oriented individual who is eager to learn and develop a career in consulting.
Your Responsibilities
* Support project coordination, planning and task management
* Assist with project management, change management and organisational development activities
* Support process, stakeholder, risk and time management
* Prepare and document meetings and workshops
* Support workshop moderation and follow-up activities
* Assist with project analysis, effort estimation and OKR tracking
* Prepare presentations, reports and project documentation
* Collaborate with international project teams and stakeholdersYour Profile
* Good IT knowledge and skills
* Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Project and MS Visio
* Fluent in English is a must
* Fluent in German is a must
(all other additional language skills are nice to have)
* Good communication and collaboration skills
* Strong communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills
* Basic presentation and moderation skills
* Understanding of meeting and workshop management, moderation and documentation
* Basic knowledge of project management, project planning and evaluation
* Basic understanding of change management, organisational development and process management
* Basic knowledge of OKRs and effort estimation
* Strong analytical mindset, structured work approach, hands-on attitude
* High attention to detail and a structured, accurate way of working
* Openness to feedback and willingness to learn
