Fair All-Inclusive Prices – No Hidden Costs!
The prices already include everything: rent, heating, water, electricity, and official residence registration/landlord confirmation.
We provide a rental agreement, invoice, and Meldezettel (residence registration form).
Minimum rental period: 4 months
Security deposit: €500 – payable upon arrival and refunded promptly after moving out, deregistration with the municipality, and provided there is no damage.
Prices vary depending on occupancy.
Reservation: Confirmed after the rental agreement has been signed and the first month’s rent has been received.
