I am looking for a new tenant that is looking into getting their roots in the 5th district in Vienna since I will be moving to a new district.
The new tenant will need to be willing to move in from the 1st of August 2024.
The apartment is a studio apartment, very bright and close to the city center.
The apartment is around 40sqm very close to u4 (pilgramgasse and kettenbruckengasse. 12A, 13A and 59A are also 2 minutes by foot away.

I am looking into someone that is willing to take in some furniture with me (Ablöse). The price will be 1500€ for sofa, table, curtains, pleated blinds, lamps (main room, bathroom, entry way), AC (pinguino PAC N81), tv furniture, bed, washing machine, washing machine furniture, bathroom organizer, shelves, round mirror, plant organizer, shower glass screen, bathroom mirrored cabinet, nightstand, cutlery and some kitchen utensils, coffee machine and kettle.
