Summer in Vienna! furnished room, available from July, 3 to 6 months

I am looking for a flatmate to join me in my 110 m2 place in the 6th district of Vienna. Duration 3 to 6 months. Avaible from July!

The room: 12 m2 fully furnished (platform bed, little desk, hanger, small couch), sunny, bedlinen and towels included.

The apartment: typical old style building (“Altbau”), two (!) big living rooms (one with a dining table also serving as desk, one with TV, plenty of books and some road bikes). Bathroom with washing machine, separate toilet, open, ridiculously well equipped kitchen.

Perfect location close to two underground lines, trams, busses, Westbahnhof, Mariahilfer Straße.

The residents: I am a journalist with a busy job = not much time at home. When I am home, I am quite laid back. So this is not a typical student shared apartment, and in my experience my place works particularly well for slightly “older” people, perhaps academic visitors, grad students, artists in residence or the like.

Ettan and Dvojka are my two adorable cats - like me, they love meeting new people.

The price: 550 Euro all inclusive (including electricity and internet). This is a very good price considering the size and location of the flat. In return, I’d ask for occasional cat sitting for the odd night or weekend when I am out of town - if it is compatible with your schedule, of course.
