Welcome! We are an international family and are offering a 45 m² apartment for rent to a friendly student in our villa in Alt-Hietzing.

The apartment is a self-contained garden-level unit (souterrain), bright thanks to large light wells and pleasantly cool even in high summer temperatures.

The 20 m² living/bedroom is partly furnished with two wardrobes, a sofa bed, a table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, fridge-freezer and washing machine; the bathroom has a shower and toilet.

Digital satellite TV connection as well as telephone and ADSL/internet access are available and can be activated at any time.

Alt-Hietzing is one of the most sought-after quarters of Vienna, known for its green environment, historic villas and quiet, elegant residential atmosphere. The house is in an ideal location: 5 minutes by foot to the U4 metro station Braunschweiggasse, 10 minutes to Schönbrunn Palace Park, 15–20 minutes to the city center, Karlsplatz, the Konzerthaus or the Musikverein, and about 30 minutes to the University of Vienna.
