Private mini flat with a huge living room including a private balcony with views onto the Kahlenberg and a panoramic window with flower bed into the greenery, plus an adjoining bedroom with a view of the garden (ground floor, 34 m2, unfurnished or partly furnished).

The common rooms are already furnished, but we can extend or change them together. Dishes, cutlery and kitchen utensils are available. All residents share the free storage space in the common kitchen. For example, you will have your own compartment in the large refrigerator, your own drawer and a compartment in the pantry. If necessary, you can also connect your own fridge or freezer in the laundry room in the basement. The refrigerator in the kitchen is designed for six people, so there should be enough space for your daily needs.

The neighbourhood

The house is located in one of the safest, greenest and most quiet areas of Vienna and is surrounded by parks and family houses. Our house is located in a dead end street, which makes the location even more quiet and safe.

Important points of interest can be reached easily and quickly from Barwigweg. The journey with tram 41 to Schottentor takes only 18 minutes. With the walk to and the wait at the stop, you reach the city centre in under half an hour.
