Das Zimmer ist ~12m² groß, mit Blick auf den Balkon und direktem Zugang zur Küche, für 388 € pro Monat all-inclusive. Verfügbar ab sofort . Wir sind offen für kurze (mindestens 30 Tage) und langfristige Aufenthalte. (Zimmer is vormöbeliert mit den notwendigsten Sachen).

One room is free and we are looking for someone who will fit into our shared apartment:

-- The room is about 12m2, with a view of the balcony and direct access to the kitchen for €388 per month including almost everything. Available from January 10th, 2025. We are open to short (minimum 30 days) and long-term flatmates.

The apartment itself is a beautiful old building apartment with herringbone parquet flooring and a perfect layout for shared flats (see floor plan), 110m2, high, bright rooms, and a very central location with excellent transport connections from Floridsdorf train station to all of Vienna.

There is also the possibility to store things in the cellar or in our self-built “attic” if you run out of space in your room.

We currently have a good internet connection with up to 110 Mbps download and 50 Mbps upload.

The room is generally UNFURNISHED, but we can leave a few things if you want... depending on your preference.

Electricity, gas costs, and household insurance vary and amount to an average of €50 in addition to the total costs.
